Before you send a note
If a game stops during a round, keep the page open and use the retry control. An accepted round is recorded on the server; repeating its request retrieves the same result rather than taking the play level twice.
If your balance looks out of date, open your club corner and refresh the account state. Club Coins are shared across games; an old tab may still display the previous balance.
Account access
Use the email and password you selected when joining. Screen names are for display; your email is the sign-in identifier. If you cannot access your account, choose “Account access” in the form and describe the issue without sharing your password.
A selected account break remains active for its full duration. The help desk cannot shorten that break. Guest visits expire after two hours and do not become registered accounts.
