Eligibility and agreement
Effective 6 October 2026. CUPSOCCER is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or beginning a guest visit, you confirm eligibility and accept these Terms. Do not use the service where access is prohibited by applicable local rules.
CUPSOCCER is an entertainment-only social casino. It does not offer real-money gambling, sports wagering, cash prizes or prizes of value.
Accounts and guest visits
Provide accurate eligibility information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity made through your account. Contact the help desk if you suspect unauthorized access.
Guest visits are temporary, expire after two hours and do not transfer coins or progress to registered accounts. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or threatens service security. A voluntary account break remains active for its selected period.
Fictional Club Coins
New eligible accounts and guest visits receive 100,000 fictional Club Coins. Registered players may claim an optional 10,000-coin allocation once per 24 hours. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed.
A game round uses the selected allowed play level and may return fictional coins according to its rules. The server determines and records the result. No outcome, uninterrupted availability or future fictional award is guaranteed. Social-game success does not predict real-money gambling success.
Fair use and service integrity
Do not automate play, interfere with server requests, impersonate other users, attempt unauthorized access, exploit defects or use the support system to harass others. Report suspected errors rather than attempting to profit from them.
We may investigate irregular activity, correct demonstrable technical errors and restrict access where necessary to protect the service and players. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Original materials and changes
CUPSOCCER branding, illustrations and interface materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Access to the service does not grant rights to redistribute its materials. Any separately identified licensed material retains its applicable terms.
Features, game availability and these Terms may change. The current version and effective date appear here; material changes affecting account use may require renewed acceptance.
Contact and ending your visit
Use the help desk for account, game or Terms questions. Keep your request reference. You can sign out, end a guest visit or request assistance with account deletion and personal-data rights.
Player Care provides session reminders and immediate account breaks. Leaving the service creates no payment obligation, financial loss claim or entitlement to redeem fictional coins.
